Virtual consultation with our master practitioner Helen, this can be done via phone call/facetime/zoom *** Consultation is NOT required prior to booking a service, if you decided to have one of our services done you can book for the service and a consultation will be provided at the beginning of your appointment booked
Cancellation Policy
For appointment-deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no show. Please notify us at least 72 hours prior to start time to reschedule appointment. Failure to notify will result in forfeiture of deposit. For training-deposits made for training are non-refundable. Please notify us at least 30 days in advance to reschedule training and we will try to accommodate.
